If you choose to use the website to submit an application for classes, a non-persistent cookie will be created so you can apply for several classes without having to verify your name, work address, phone and email and to re-enter information on your approving supervisor’s name and telephone number for each class. If you prefer not to use the website, you are welcome to apply for CIT classes by phone.

When inquiries or requests are e-mailed to the training program, they may be reviewed by a number of people who are responsible for answering questions and responding to requests. We store the question and the e-mail address information so that we can respond electronically. Unless otherwise required by statute, we do not identify publicly who sends questions or comments to our web site. We will not obtain information that will allow us to personally identify you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us.
